Dont Quit
As I was at the beach this week I watch my daughter with her new born son and my grandson. She has so much on her plate. She was going over her College work and taking care of him. The one thing I noticed with her no matter what she didn’t quit. There are a lot of things that she is going through from raising her son to finishing college. One thing i can say is she has not given up on anything. She has a plan and she is moving forward with it.  This brought me to 2 Corinthians 4:8-10. “ We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; stuck down, but not destroyed —always caring about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body"

No matter who you are, you will have problems. You will experience deep pain and hurt. Pressures mount up, life seems to cave in, and you feel like giving up. Paul knew all to well what it was like to live this way. Criticism, conflict, violence, and death threats were a normal part of his life. Paul knew all too well what it was like to suffer trails and encounter difficulty. Even Paul thought of quitting, but in order to finish his task, he relied on the presence and the promises of God.  The enemy is strong. He turns up the heat, and many times life can seem to mush to bear. We feel like we are losing the battle. ( please tell me I’m not alone feeling this way!) Maybe your right there at this very moment. If so, I have two words for you. Don’t Quit! Hang in there. Don’t throw in the towel. Stay the course. You’ve come to far. Don’t Give up.
No matter what comes your way
No matter what trail your facing
No matter how bad the odds are against you
No matter discouraged you might be
No matter how dark the tunnel is 
Do not quit
