Seasons Change

As we sit here and watch season change going from cold to warm back to cold. We wonder if the weather will ever make up its mind. I was getting dressed the other morning and left the house and it was warm by the end of the day it was freezing. The next Morning it was warm again. Its like life things are always changing and sometimes we never know what it is going to be like next. Think of your life, one day all is going the way you have planned and then all of sudden something happens and the plans you had are now changed. i look over my life and see all the things that have changed from work to friends. This week my daughter had her son my Grandchild and if your a parent you know how much will change in her life and for me as a grandfather.  However there is one person that will never change and that is God.  God says I am here and will never leave you and wants us to draw near to him. He wants us to lay on him and depend on him. Just as i watch my grandchild lean on his mom and is depending on her so much right now. 
In James 4:8 “ Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you”. God is constantly making Himself available to you; therefore, when you approach Him obediently and sincerely, You will most certainly find Him: God is always available to you. Whenever it seems to you that God is distant, disinterested, or altogether absent, you may rest assured that your feelings are a reflection of your own emotional state, not an indication of Gods absence. If, during life darker days, you seek to establish a closer relationship with Him, you can do so because God is not just near, He is hear and never will change.
